The Hole-y Grail: Crafting the Perfect Egg Pocket in Your Everything Bagel!
Once we've got everything together, it's time to rock & roll. First things first, we'll slice that everything bagel horizontally, creating a thick slice. Now, we're going to create an egg pocket in the bagel. Take a round cutter or even the rim of a jar and gently press it into the center of the bagel. Twist it a bit, and voila! We've got our egg pocket ready to go. Now use my mayo toasting method to get it toasty (and tasty) in your skillet. Crispiness is the name of the game, my friend.
