Hi! I'm Eliza and I want to welcome you to Dinner Cult! If this is your first time, then thank you for stopping by! If you've already joined the flock then you know what we're all about here - saving time and eating well. This site is a work in progress, and I hope you'll like it. To get started, let me tell you a little about myself.
I was born into a food family, so I just want to say that none of this is my fault.. let's get that out of the way first!
My grandmother started a bakery out of her kitchen, and now has the best little cake shop in all of Alabama (ok, I might be a little partial).
My mom is a long-time food blogger and photographer who started her gluten-free blog when my little brother was born with a food allergy. So you see, I really had no choice but to bake, swirl, mix and fry my way through life, one recipe at a time.
But I don't like spending tons of time in the kitchen, and honestly, I don't keep 'normal' hours so sitting down for 6pm dinner isn't always in the plan for me. But when I do sit down, I want amazing flavors, incredible textures, and maybe a little adventure. Sound familiar? You can have it all! I promise.
Join me and we will make some incredible food together. We might take a few shortcuts, focus more on snack-time than meal-time and let's be honest, we're probably making some crazy things we saw on TikTok. But, it's going to be fun! And delicious 😉
