Why Are My Hamburger Patties So Big?

I know having such large patties might seem ridiculous, but it is for a good reason! When the burgers are cooking in the air fryer, they tend to shrink a lot, so this makes sure that you will still end up with a nice sized patty!

Health Benefits of an Air Fryer

One of the benefits of cooking a burger in an air fryer is that it is a healthier option than traditional pan- or griddle-frying methods. The air fryer uses rapid air circulation to cook the food, creating a crispy texture without the need for added oil. This can help reduce the amount of fat and calories in the burger, making it a healthier option.

In addition to being healthier, cooking a burger in an air fryer can also be faster than traditional methods. Air fryers preheat quickly, and the cooking time is shorter than grilling or frying in a pan. This means you can enjoy a delicious burger in a shorter amount of time! Who wouldn't love that?!
