Ingredients
- 1 cup AP Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 tablespoons Hershey's Chocolate (or whatever brand you want, I used
Hershey's 5 ingredient) - 1 lb. carton of strawberries
Instructions
- Mix all of the dry and wet ingredients separately for the pancakes, then combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk until there are no clumps.
- Wash and slice up the strawberries. Pat the sliced strawberries dry, then dip them in the batter, insuring that each slice is covered in batter.
- Place the slices in a greased pan over medium heat. Flip the pancakes over once the edges of the batter form bubbles.
- Plate and serve with your desired toppings! Enjoy!
