Keep It Simple: Ingredients and Prep for Baked Spaghetti Squash

Alrighty, let's gather the ingredients: you'll need a medium-sized spaghetti squash, creamy garlic and herb Boursin cheese, tomatoes, garlic powder, chili flakes, shredded Italian cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. That's the entire grocery list, and it's perfect for those days when you can't even deal with complicated recipes.

How to Get Your Spaghetti Squash Ready

The part of this recipe that requires the most hands-on work is prepping the squash. This step is quick and easy, making it the ideal choice for busy nights when you want a yummy meal.

Grab that spaghetti squash and a sharp knife. Cut off the top and bottom of the squash, stand it on one end, then carefully cut it in half lengthwise. Now, grab a spoon and scoop out the seeds. Once the seeds are out, you've got a lovely hollowed-out squash, ready to soak up all the flavors we're about to add.

Cut the ends off the squash & cut vertically.
    Scoop out the seeds.
    Ready to fill & bake!

Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese: The Flavor Bomb In My Spaghetti Squash!

Boursin cheese is like a flavor bomb hidden within a creamy, velvety texture. With a perfect blend of garlic and herbs, it brings an irresistibly savory and aromatic punch to the squash. The garlicky notes are bold yet balanced, adding depth and richness to every bite, and the infusion of herbs adds a delightful freshness.

Dig In: Serving Your Baked Spaghetti Squash

You might be wondering, How do you make the flesh of the squash look like spaghetti? It's easier than you think. Use a fork to scrape the squash into delicious, noodle-like strands. The contrast between those tender squash strands, jammy tomatoes, and the creamy garlic and herb Boursin cheese is next-level awesome.
