Ingredients

  • 1 cup AP Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 tablespoons Hershey's Chocolate (or whatever brand you want, I used
    Hershey's 5 ingredient)
  • 1 lb. carton of strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the dry and wet ingredients separately for the pancakes, then combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk until there are no clumps.
  2. Wash and slice up the strawberries. Pat the sliced strawberries dry, then dip them in the batter, insuring that each slice is covered in batter.
  3. Place the slices in a greased pan over medium heat. Flip the pancakes over once the edges of the batter form bubbles.
  4. Plate and serve with your desired toppings! Enjoy!
