In a saucepan, bring milk to a simmer, reduce the heat & add the cream cheese. whisk until the cream cheese melts & is fully combined.
Add in the cheese, whisk until melted & is fully combined.
Add in the butter, whisk until it melts & is fully combined.
Season with salt, garlic powder, & lots of pepper. Mix well.
