- 1 pound macaroni shells
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese
- 12 oz of shredded triple cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- 1 head of broccoli
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the macaroni shells. Cook 2 minutes short of the package instructions, adding the broccoli in with 4 minutes remaining.
- In a saucepan, bring milk to a simmer, reduce the heat & add the cream cheese. whisk until the cream cheese melts & is fully combined.
- Add in the cheese, whisk until melted & is fully combined.
- Add in the butter, whisk until it melts & is fully combined.
- Season with salt, garlic powder, & lots of pepper. Mix well.
- Add your macaroni shells & broccoli into the cheese sauce. Mix together & serve!
