Before you get cooking, here are a few pro tips to ensure breakfast pizza perfection. – Preheat your oven, go easy on the toppings to avoid a soggy crust, and don't forget to garnish with fresh herbs for that extra pop of flavor. – For my scrambled egg pizza and sweet fruit pizza, I baked the dough before adding toppings. I did this for the scrambled egg pizza so that I could separately scramble the eggs & keep the dough from getting soggy. For the fruit, I did this so the whipped cream wouldn't melt. Whether you're flying solo or feeding a crowd, breakfast pizza is sure to be a hit!
