-
½ tsp Pepper
-
½ tsp Onion Powder
-
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
-
2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
FOR THE BURGER TOPPINGS:
-
1 avocado, sliced.
-
Burger buns of choice ( I prefer sesame buns)
-
American cheese
-
Mayo
-
1 Hashbrown patty per burger
-
1 egg, fried, per burger
-
Green onions
- Bacon Jam
Instructions
- First, preheat your air fryer to 370° F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and seasonings. Mix well to combine all the ingredients, minus the mustard.
- Next, form the mixture into patties that are about ½ inch thick. You should be able to make 2 large patties from the mixture. Make sure to shape the patties into a uniform size and thickness to ensure even cooking.
-
Using your tablespoon, create a dimple in the patty & add one tablespoon of mustard to each patty & spread across the surface of the patty.
-
Place the patties into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Flip them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the beef reaches 160°F.
-
If you want to add cheese to your burger simply add a slice on to of your patty & pop it back into the air fryer at 370° F for 1 minute. If not, you can skip this step.
-
Once the burgers are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and place them on your choice of buns. Add your toppings and any condiments, and enjoy your delicious air fryer burger!
