Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of pasta of choice
  • 1 lb. of hot Italian sausage
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 (15 oz) jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 (8 oz) bag of shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Fresh thyme
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the meat in a pan on medium heat. Add in the onion and garlic, and cook until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and white wine. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Now season the sauce with the red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Next,  pour in the Alfredo sauce and add the Italian cheese blend. Mix until everything is fully combined and the cheese is melted. Add in the noodles, mix, top with thyme, and serve!
