A Blue Hawaii cocktail is a sweet and fruity tropical cocktail that is made with rum, pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix, and blue curaçao.
The blue curaçao liqueur is what gives the drink its bright blue color, but when it is mixed with the yellow color of the pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix, it turns green.
If you want your drink to look more blue, you can add a blue edible glitter like I did, but either way, it's a deliciously refreshing drink!
Fill a shaker with ice. Add the rum, vodka pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix, and blue curaçao to the shaker.
Add a maraschino cherry into the bottom of your glass.
