- 1 8-ounce block of feta cheese, drained of liquid
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Salt and pepper
- Red chili flakes
- Fresh thyme
- Honey-roasted pecans
Instructions
- Start by combining the feta cheese, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, and olive oil in the food processor.
- Next, add the honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chilled.
- Once the dip is chilled, top with honey, honey-roasted pecans, red chili flakes, and fresh thyme. Serve and enjoy!
