- 5 white corn tortillas
- 5 slides beef patties
- 5 slices of the cheese of your choice
- 2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
- 1/8 tsp lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Turn on the griddle to the highest setting to preheat. Using your hand, smash the slider beef patties into thin patties.
- Mix all of the seasonings together & sprinkle on top of the patties. Flip the patties & repeat.
- Place your patties on to a griddle & cook until golden. Flip & repeat. This takes about 4 - 5 minutes on each side. While the patty is cooking, take a spatula & occasionally press down on the patty to keep it as thin as possible.
- Remove the patty from the griddle & place one tortilla onto the griddle. Places the patty back onto the tortilla.
- Serve with the toppings of your choice & enjoy!
