- 16 oz. of Ziti pasta, cooked in salted water
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground hot Italian sausage
- 1 (8oz) bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (5-6.5) block of Bourisn cheese
- 1 (15.5 oz) jar of Marinara sauce ( I prefer Rao's)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
Garnishes:
- Shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Red chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the box instructions in salted water. In a large pan, on medium-high heat, fully cook the ground beef & sausage. Once the meats are cooked, use a paper towel to soak up all of the access fat in the pan.
- Now season the meat with garlic powder, salt, pepper, & tomato paste.
- Next, add in the pasta sauce & the Boursin cheese.
- Once the cheese is completely melted, add in the mozzarella cheese.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix, garnish, & serve. Enjoy!
