- Sturdy Bread
- Mayo of your choice
- 1-2 tbsp. Red Raspberry Preserves (depending on the size of your bread)
- 3 slices Aged White Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 slices of Bacon
- 1 jalapeno (sliced)
Instructions
- Start by cooking the bacon in the microwave.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on both sides of the toast, then place the toast on the heated griddle or pan. Make sure both sides of the bread are toasted.
- While the bread is toasting, slice the jalapeños.
- Once both sides of the bread are toasted, spread the raspberry jam on one slice of toast.
- On the other slice of toast place 3 slices of aged white cheddar cheese followed by the bacon. Take a bowl or clean pan & cover the bread with cheese to make it melt faster.
- Next, layer 2 slices of provolone cheese & then the jalapeños. Repeat the covering method if needed.
- Top the sandwich off with the other slice of toast, raspberry jam side down. Serve immediately & enjoy!
